Body Art........

I recently got myself a tattoo.... I belive that Body Art always tells a story. I like stories and tattoos, no matter how well done, and if they don't tell a story that involves you emotionally, then they're just there for decoration, then they're not a valid tattoo. There has to be some emotional appeal or they're not, to my way of thinking, a real tattoo. It tells people what you are and what you believe in, so there's no mistakes. I got a lion for myself... coz I belive in the qualities of a lion that makes him rule over the Jungle.... This Tattoo is to remind me of my goal... My goal of ruling the World!!!

I faced a variety of reactions on my getting a tattoo... as it was spontaneous and no one heard me say a word about it.. until it was actually done... I faced surprise... People never expected me to go and get a tattoo... due to its association with goons, goofs, druggies and the works... but hey... I got mine and it does tell a story....

Tattooing is about personalizing the body, making it a true home and fit temple for the spirit that dwells inside it.... Tattooing therefore, is a way of keeping the spiritual and material needs of my body in balance.

Tattoo the pristine flesh.....What is permanent anyway?

This ink only lasts 'til the grave,Skin and ideas decompose, that which we did compose.

Cheers till next time!!

INDIVIDUAL!!!

The Individual has always had to struggle to keep from being overwhelmed by the tribe.
If you try it, you will be lonely often, and sometimes frightened.
But no price is too high to pay for the privilege of owning yourself

Watch you take the fall'
Cause there's nothing surgery can do
(When I break your little heart in two)
I'm gonna break your little heart
Show you to the door
'Cause there's nothing surgery can do
When I break your little heart in two.

There is always a Solution

Many times... when you are in the middle of the biggest and most critical problems of your life so far, you tend to wonder... Is there an end to this suffering? Is there a solution to the seemingly endless mountain that lies ahead of us?

The answer is "YES" (in bold and in capital letters)

Now you ask, how is it possible to have a solution possible, when all around we can only see the downside and no solution is in sight....

"Never be afraid to try something new. Remember amateurs built the ark. Professionals built the Titanic."

Practicality, Reasoning, Innovation,Absence of fear to try something new-- the cornerstones of trouble shooting...

Emotional or otherwise, problems need to be resolved with a perspective that is unbiased, even though it may seem impossible to do, one can train to think in that manner...

Hope the insight helps....

Cheers!!!

I believe......

I believe....

Still shows the existence of Hope.....

I BELIEVE

I Believe...
That credentials on the wall do not make you a decent human being.

I Believe...
That we don't have to change friends if
We understand that friends change.

I Believe....
That no matter how good a friend is, they're going to hurt you every once in a while and you must forgive them for that.

I Believe....
That you can do something in an instant
That will give you heartache for life..

I Believe...
That it's taking me a long time
To become the person I want to be.

I Believe...
That you can keep going long after you think you can't.

I Believe...
That we are responsible for what
We do, no matter how we feel.

I Believe...
That heroes are the people who do what has to be done when it needs to be done, regardless of the consequences.

I Believe...
That money is a lousy way of keeping score.

I Believe...
That my best friend and I, can do anything, or nothing and have the best time.

I Believe...
That sometimes the people you expect to kick you When you're down, will be the ones to help you get back up..

I Believe...
That maturity has more to do with what types of experiences you've had
And what you've learned from them and less to do with how many birthdays you've celebrated.

I Believe...
That it isn't always enough, to be forgiven by others.
Sometimes, you have to learn to forgive yourself.

I Believe...
That no matter how bad your heart is broken the world doesn't stop for your grief.

I Believe...
Two people can look at the exact same
Thing and see something totally different.

I Believe...
That your life can be changed in a matter of
Hours by people who don't even know you.

I Believe....
That even when you think you have no more to give, when
A friend cries out to you - you will find the strength to help.

I BELIEVE

Cheers!!

IDEA

We are told to remember the idea, not the man. Because a man can fail. He can be killed and forgotten. But four hundred years later an idea can still change the world. I’ve witnessed firsthand the power of ideas. I’ve seen people kill in the name of them; and die defending them. But you cannot touch an idea, cannot hold it or kiss it. An idea does not bleed, it cannot feel pain, and it does not love.

Cheers!!

Rules & Regulations... Phew!!!

What a day!!!!

When you work in a bank.. I'm sure it doesn't take long to understand the existence of stringent rules and regulations that exist... I still remember the time when i was a kid, not that its that long ago.. All that a bank did was hold your money for you... You could go there and either deposit or withdraw money. It was not as complicated as I now realise it to be..

And now that you work with a bank, you realise that the kind of rules and regulations created to hold other peoples money makes you want to pull your hair out... Laws to invest, laws for taxation, laws for creating quasi bodies to save money...

and then once you know the law, it is even more important to know the loopholes that are available.. and how it can be exploited to your advantage as a banker or an individual.. and how you choose to share this information with people and the mutual benefit derived...

The most complicated processes exist for something known as a TRUST.... by the looks and sounds of the term, a trust is simple, you entrust certain people with ur stuff... read money and god, processes are so many.. they are meant to simplify, but more often than not, we are so stuck in the quandry of processes and its loopholes that we end up creating complications.. so many that e are confused ourselves..

Boss why do we have rules and regulations in place??? will someone care to explain???

You may not be her first, her last or her only,

She loved before, she may love again,

She's not perfect, you aren't either,

and the two of you may never be perfect together,

Smile when she maked you happy,

let her know when she makes you mad...

and Miss her when she's not around.....

What is the need for companionship in human life form?
Is it possible to live out our lives singularly...
Have you ever considered the possibility that this thing we call "LIFE" we can be singular.... solitary... or not a part of this thing we have named society....
Why do we name things??
Is it because it gives us a sense of ownership? Is it because it allows the establishment of authority the right to state control over something... Is it because we want to be associated with certain people we like... that we are in a hurry to name the camaraderie or the comfort that is shared? Is it some deeply inground insecurity that forces you to do this? As yourselves??
I await learning from your experiences...
Till next time...
Cheers!!

IMAGES SPEAK A THOUSAND WORDS?

Well,
We always sit in front of images, watch them and have seen ourselves emote differently to different images. Each picture may draw reactions that are different from individuals?
Ever wondered why this was the way it is?

Is it just the wiring of humans, or is it the conditioning that one undergoes that makes you react the way you do?
Why has it been said that a picture can speak a thousand words? What is the essence of the image, that allows it to speak these words? I have failed to understand the rationale...
Why is it that in this thing we do everyday named existence is called LIVING??

Through this blog, I intend to understand, with inputs from everyone what is exactly this thing we call Life... and what is it that we intend to derive from it?

I understand that to each, the meaning they wish to derive from life is different.... but is it not just a movement from the cradle to the grave... this at the risk of sounding highly pessimistic... which i assure you I am not...

But here I am, looking for the meaning of existence and what we can do from it....

Till next time....
