When you work in a bank.. I'm sure it doesn't take long to understand the existence of stringent rules and regulations that exist... I still remember the time when i was a kid, not that its that long ago.. All that a bank did was hold your money for you... You could go there and either deposit or withdraw money. It was not as complicated as I now realise it to be..
And now that you work with a bank, you realise that the kind of rules and regulations created to hold other peoples money makes you want to pull your hair out... Laws to invest, laws for taxation, laws for creating quasi bodies to save money...
and then once you know the law, it is even more important to know the loopholes that are available.. and how it can be exploited to your advantage as a banker or an individual.. and how you choose to share this information with people and the mutual benefit derived...
The most complicated processes exist for something known as a TRUST.... by the looks and sounds of the term, a trust is simple, you entrust certain people with ur stuff... read money and god, processes are so many.. they are meant to simplify, but more often than not, we are so stuck in the quandry of processes and its loopholes that we end up creating complications.. so many that e are confused ourselves..
Boss why do we have rules and regulations in place??? will someone care to explain???
